Trail Work Day - Sat 4/24 at 8:30am

  • 04/24/2021
  • 8:30 AM
  • Off Dewey Hill Road
We are going to have a trail work day to finish off the cutting work on the Bell Hill Connector Trail.

We will be meeting at a log yard off Dewey Hill Road on Saturday 4/24 at 8:30am (look for directions below).

There are two major tasks we want to accomplish:
1) Cut trees across a wetland area where a boardwalk bridge will be built
2) Cut trees along a side hill leading to the bridge location

You can walk in to the work location if you want but it would be better if you brought an ATV.

If you have a chain saw, please bring it along.  Also be sure to bring gloves and your own lunch and drinks.

Most of the work will be cutting and throwing brush.  The weather is supposed sunny with temps in the 50's so it's great outdoor working weather.
